How much does taco catering cost?
The cost depends on the number of guests, the menu choices, and the duration of the service. We have a minimum spend requirement of $600 for our packages. Additional fees may apply for travel distances, extra servings, or customized requests.
Are tips included in the service? • Tips are not included in the price and are appreciated but not required. Gratuities are completely up to you and based on the level of service you feel we provided.
Can your taco cart be set up indoors or at an outdoor?
"Yes, our taco cart can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there’s adequate space and ventilation. For outdoor events, we can use our propane taco cart. For indoor venues, we recommend our electric taco cart, which is safer and better suited for enclosed spaces."
Do you require a deposit to book? • Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be discussed at the time of booking and is typically a percentage of the total cost. How long in advance should I book your services? • We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on our schedule
How much time will you need to set up and serve the tacos? • We typically arrive 1-1.5 hours before the event to set up. Serving time can vary depending on the number of guests, but we generally serve for up to 2 hours.r schedule.
What happens if it rains on the day of the event? • We provide options for covering our taco cart to protect it from rain, and we recommend having an indoor or covered outdoor area in case of inclement weather.
Is there an extra charge for additional hours? • Yes, there is a $100 charge for each additional hour of service beyond the initial 2 hours. Let us know in advance if you need more time so we can make the necessary arrangements. •
When is the final payment due? The final payment is due on the day of the event, prior to the start of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo 1.9% , or other agreed-upon methods. Please note that there is a 3.9 % fee for credit card payments.
